I'm Azlan. I teach infrastructure to run itself.
DevOps engineer in Karachi. I use AI agents to build, run and fix real systems, and write down what works.
What I do
I've spent the last three years running production infrastructure: moving whole platforms to new clouds, getting them to ISO 27001 and GDPR, cutting cloud bills, and setting up startups from scratch. Now I build the agent layer on top: agents that propose changes, check them against policy and wait for a person where it matters.
I'm also building Auton, an agentic development environment where you can watch the agents work. And on the side, MunshiPlus: a free, offline-first app that helps Pakistani wholesale businesses track orders and collections, on Google Play.
Where I've been
Moved an enterprise HR platform to a new cloud, multi-tenant and highly available, with ISO 27001 and GDPR.
Moved a healthcare platform to a new cloud, compliant and 45% cheaper.
Ran the cloud environment for a banking-as-a-service company.
Built infrastructure for several startups from scratch, with CI/CD and lower cloud bills.
