An HR platform rebuilt for enterprise customers.
Xceed365, agentic HR software for companies across Africa and the Gulf. I led the move of its complete infrastructure to a new cloud, built for the enterprises it serves.

The problem
Enterprise customers buy more than features. They ask where their data lives, who else can see it, what happens when a data centre fails, and for the certificates that prove it. The platform had to answer all of that before the next sales conversation.
What I changed
I led the migration of the complete infrastructure to a new cloud and rebuilt it around those questions: multi-tenant so every customer is isolated, highly available across availability zones so one failure isn’t an outage, and designed to meet ISO 27001 and GDPR. Alongside it, I build the AI agent tooling the team uses to ship and operate the platform.
The result
An enterprise-ready platform: ISO 27001 and GDPR achieved, tenants kept apart, no single data center to take it down, and lower cloud costs than before the move.
Step by step
A complete migration
The whole platform moved to a new cloud provider in one planned effort, not service by service over years.
Multi-tenant by design
Each enterprise customer's data and workloads kept apart by the platform itself, not by convention.
No single point of failure
Spread across availability zones, so one data center going down doesn't take customers down with it.
Compliance and cost together
ISO 27001 and GDPR achieved on the new setup, with costs optimised at the same time.
